We fully understand that the market for freelance work has reduced and that is why we are trying to operate more as a co-operative and help promote you, the chef. We know that for far too long many agencies have been paying chefs low rates.

We have set out to find companies that share our ethos in ensuring that the Chef and the Client get the best deal between them. Our aim is to make this site so accessible that employers will no longer go to an agency but will instead come directly to you, the chef.

We have scoured the internet and managed to find a few companies that share our ethos and we hope to add more down the line. We will continue to try and maximise companies that believe in giving chefs a better deal.
